Nice list. I have some reading to do.
Great List! I'm embarased to admit it, but Adrian Tchaikovsky, Robert V.S. Redick, and Daniel Abraham are all still TBR authors for me (but they are sitting on the shelf).
David Weber's always a great read (I'm on the first Safehold book right now), and I have a love/hate relationship with George R.R. Martin (A Feast for Crows bored me to tears, but I'll give A Dance With Dragons a chance).
Thank you for your kind words!
where's steven erikson's The Crippled God?
sorry, not a fan of Malazan; I do not like how Erikson writes, very jerky, no flow, while the content has was too much D&D stuff to be of too much interest
