I know that’s it been long overdue, so it’s high time that I plug The Signed Page run by fellow Seattlean, Shawn Speakman. If you haven't heard of it yet (though I'm sure you have since Pat's Fantasy Hotlist does a great job of keeping us up-to-date), The Signed Page is your chance to get a hold of personally autographed books from your favorite fantasy/sci-fi authors.
Right now on pre-order are Steven Erikson's Reaper's Gale (UK Version) and Midnight Tides (US Version), Kushiel's Justice by Jacqueline Carey, and comic book The Gunslinger Born by colorist Richard Isanove. Currently in stock is the hot debut by Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind, A Feast For Crows by George R. R. Martin, Jim Butcher's White Night and more...
So, who is this mastermind behind The Signed Page? Meet Shawn C. Speakman, fantasy lover, web designer including webmaster of the Official Terry Brooks Website, and writer behind a new fantasy trilogy with the first book "Song of the Fell Hammer" waiting to be published. I definitely urge you to check out Shawn's website HERE, where you can read the prologue & first chapter to "Song of the Fell Hammer", as well as plenty of other good stuff including his blog. So, check those out and give Shawn a great big THANK YOU for all of his work...
