Jack Womack, formerly of William Morrow/Eos, has been hired as Publicity Manager for Orbit, the Science Fiction and Fantasy imprint at Hachette Book Group, and Yen Press, its Manga and Graphic novel imprint. He starts work April 20.

Womack is also known for his six novels within the sf/f genre, notably Random Acts of Senseless Violence.
