Catching Up! + Winner of the Robin Hobb/Soldier Son giveaway!

First off, congratulations to James Neuschwander (PA) who was randomly selected to win a whole SET of Robin Hobb's Soldier Son trilogy including copies of "Shaman's Crossing", "Forest Mage" and "Renegade's Magic", all thanks to EOS Books!

Secondly, in case you didn’t know, I just came back from vacation a couple of weekends ago, and since then I’ve been working my ass off to get caught up with everything. So, only recently did I get a chance to sit down and see what’s been going on in the rest of the blogosphere and here’s some of the links that caught my eye:

~Lastly, here are trailers for three flicks that I’m really looking forward to in 2008:
Hellboy II: The Golden Army, The Dark Knight and Wanted. Of the three, I’m most excited for The Dark Knight since the Joker is one of, if not my favorite villain of all time, but I have to admit that the trailer for Hellboy II looks better. Sadly, I’m disappointed with the direction that the filmmakers have gone with the Wanted adaptation, but I’m still hoping for the best!

Just wanted to say many thanks for the contest. I can't wait to get the books. Great interview with Ms. Hobb by the way.
